When my model Branka sat, she crossed here hands similar to Mona Lisa, and when I saw it had that bulb above my had here’s Mona L…. sorry Brankhiza.

Working title was Mona Brankhiza. After a joke that she seems so fed and happy, that she needs only stuffed paprika in her hands… she became “I’m Happy and I know it!”

Painting is based not only on da Vinci’s Mona Lisa, but as well as copies from Hermitage, and Museo National del Prado
